Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Al-Hassan is the Managing Director of Rahma Company Limited (RCL). Rahma Company Limited is a construction company registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing Class D1K1 (Building Works Class 1, Financial Class 1). He has been Managing RCL since 1989. He is the sole agent of an international Civil Engineering and Construction Company Ballast Nedam BV based in the Netherlands since 1990.

He was the agent of Marc/Glencore International AG, one of the largest global diversified natural resource commodities companies in the world, producing and trading more than ninety (90) commodities from 1979 to 2011 He is the Chairman of West Africa Hydraulic Limited (WAHL). WAHL is an engineering firm that specialises in hydraulic systems, manufacturing of pumps, motors, cylinders, hoses among others.

Alhaji Amadu Montia is a seasoned and accomplished banker. He has been the Managing Director of Baobab Microfinance Company Limited since 2010. His enormous experience with (BoG) for twenty-nine (29) years, played a significant role in the current successes of BMC.

He served the BoG in different capacities especially the Banking Supervision Department for twenty (20) years undertaking on and off-site Supervision of Commercial Banks. He led examination teams to undertake annual on-site supervision of banks like National Investment Bank, Eco Bank, CAL Bank, Ghana Commercial Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Barclays Bank of Ghana, Standard Chartered Bank, Merchant Bank of Ghana (now Universal Merchant Bank), First Atlantic Merchant Bank among others.

Ms. Amina Montia is a Chartered Accountant, with over nineteen (19) years of post-qualification experience in a variety of industries internationally and locally. She has worked in reputable companies such as GEC Plessey Telecommunications and Sema Group Facilities Management in the UK.

She has held executive positions including Director of Finance and Administration of PHC Motors Ltd and Execution Head, Finance and Administration at the Microfinance Small Loans Centre, a very large department covering the whole of Ghana. She was the Financial Controller of Leo Shield Exploration, an Australian company, the Management Accountant at Sema Group Facilities Management PLC in the United Kingdom.
