Progress for us has not just been a dream but a reality: from our humble beginnings in March, 2008 we have since grown to become a prominent microfinance institution in Ghana.
Indeed, we were one of the microfinance institutions to be duly registered after the reclassification exercise with the Licence Number 00001, indicating the first in the entire country to have duly secured the registration. Looking back, one cannot help but get caught in the surreal sense of our tremendous progress for over a decade of operations. We have spent the past few years in building a sustainable and credible brand based on the ‘Credit with Education model’ geared towards a Northern Ghana devoid of poverty.
While we are pleased with the phenomenal growth of BMC in the Northern, North-East and Savannah regions, we are equally enthused about disseminating our activities further to reaching the grassroots in other parts of the Northern Regions
In this respect, we are leaving no stone unturned towards opening more branches in the forthcoming years. Looking forward, with great support from our Shareholders and all stakeholders, we are still hoping to accelerate our growth while continuing to build on the strength and longevity of our brand.
