Baobab Microfinance Limited remains dedicated to its aim of poverty reduction in Northern Ghana by aiding to improve sanitation and hygiene in some selected communities. Fundamentally, the company disburses loans at very low interest rates to household owners in order to help them construct decent toilet facilities thus, curtailing the issue of open defecation.

The Baobab Agricultural Loan is a financial product offered to low/medium-income level individuals or businesses operating in the agricultural sector. This loan is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of farmers, agricultural businesses, and those involved in related activities. However, we are currently piloting this as a project under the Kpandai Branch with plans of expanding to the other branches, and to cover more crops in the near future.
Overall, the Baobab Agricultural Loan is aimed at empowering farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs by providing them with the necessary financial resources that, they need to invest in their farms businesses so as to increase productivity, and improve their livelihoods.
