Alhaji Abudulai Osman holds an ACIB Certificate and a member of Association of Certified Compliance Professionals of Africa. He holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in AML/Compliance from Wisconsin International University Collage, Ghana and MBA (Finance) and BA in Management/Psychology from the University of Ghana. He was the Chief Compliance Officer at Ghana Commercial Bank until his compulsory retirement in 2020. He joined the Bank in 1980 as a clerk and rose through the ranks working in various branches and roles until he retired. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Din-Nani Educational Support Foundation (NGO).

Alhaji Abdulai is highly organized and motivated person with good initiatives, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to investigate and write technical and analytical reports. A team player, quick learner and able to handle challenging situations.
